Journal "Electronics, Photonics and Cyber-Physical Systems"
The network scientific journal "Electronics, Photonics and Cyber-Physical Systems" was created to publish the results of original scientific research in the field of electronics, photonics and their applications in technical and living cyber-physical systems. The journal aims to improve the scientific, educational and methodological level of specialists in various fields, related to electronics and optics of various frequency ranges and wavelengths.

Russian Aeronautics
The journal "Izv. VUZ. Aviatsionnaya Tekhnika" is one of the well-known series "Izvestiya vysshikh uchebnykh zavedenii" that was established by Enactment of USSR Government in 1957.
Kazan Aviation Institute (now, Kazan National Research Technical University named after A.N.Tupolev) is charged with its publication.
The first editor-in-chief of this journal was professor Yuriy G. Odinokov, prominent scientist in the field of structural mechanics and strength of flying vehicles and the founder of the world-known Kazan scientific school of aircraft structure strength.
In succeeding years, the positions of the editor-in-chief was held by professors: G.S.Zhiritskiy (1961 - 1965), professorA.V.Talantov (1966 - 1987), and professor M.B.Vakhitov (1988 - 1997). From 1997 the Head of Editorial Board is professorV.A.Firsov.
An Editorial Board of the Journal consists of leading scientists of Kazan Federal University, Kazan National Research Technical University named after A.N.Tupolev, Moscow State Aeronautical Institute, Moscow State Technical University named after N.E Bauman, Samara State Aerospace University named after academician S.P.Korolev, Siberian Aerospace Academy named after academician M.F.Reshetnyov, and Ufa State Aviation Technical University.
The journal "Aviatsionnaya Tekhnika" is actually the sole scientific-technical journal in Russia which publishes articles on fundamental, applied, design and experimental research in the fields of aeronautical, space, and rocket engineering that are carried out in higher education institutions, research institutes, design bureaus and industry enterprises.
In preparation of the survey articles and other materials reflecting the state-of-the-art of separate directions of domestic and foreign science and engineering in the corresponding branches of industry, a number of prominent scientists are involved.
The journal "Aviatsionnaya Tekhnika" is distributed by subscription in Russia, CIS countries, and other countries.
Starting from 1974, the journal is translated cover-to-cover from Russian into English and published by Publishing House "Allerton Press, Inc.", USA, under the title "Russian Aeronautics".
In 1998, the journal has acquired the international status; the Editorial Council has been formed that includes the rectors of aviation higher education institutions, general designers of design bureaus, directors of research institutes and aircraft industry factories, and representatives of a number of foreign HEI's.
The Editorial Staff and the Editorial Board are striving to retain the traditions of the journal, its scientific-technical level reflecting the state-of-the-art and the topical problems in the priority fields of aviation science and engineering.
The journal sees its prospects of development in expansion of international cooperation, strengthening of fruitful ties between HEI's, research organizations, and different enterprises of aircraft industry.
